Capsticks is delighted to be appointed as a panel member by NHS Providers. The panel, delivering both legal advice and consultancy services, is available to all member trusts from April 2021 and will remain in place for at least one year.

Capsticks has 41 years’ commitment to the NHS, providing outstanding legal support to the healthcare sector. NHS Providers helps trusts and foundation trusts to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.

The panel will facilitate high-quality discussion between NHS trusts and the panellists, enabling provider organisations to put their questions to the panel without an additional cost. Members can consult Capsticks on the full breadth of legal services, including employment, procurement, real estate and litigation matters. They will also have the opportunity to attend webinars and round table events on hot topics, and will be receiving high-profile case studies and thought leadership content.

Andrew Rowland, Head of Healthcare, said: “We are very proud to be selected as a Panel Member by NHS Providers. Our team will continue to build close relationships and deliver innovative advice in a practical and cost-effective way. We look forward to sharing our healthcare expertise and supporting trusts in every way we can.”

Rachael Heenan, Senior Partner, said: “The appointment is a clear indicator of the outstanding support we provide to the NHS. The past year required exceptional levels of adaptation and resourcefulness from everyone working in healthcare, and this panel will bring many new opportunities for working together. We will provide relevant, professional advice through the new channels offered by NHS Providers.

Chris Hopson, Chief Executive Officer at NHS Providers, said: “We are pleased to welcome Capsticks as an NHS Providers Panel Member. They, alongside the six other panel member organisations, will provide a valuable source of insight and support to our members in the current climate.
