We have market-leading knowledge of the various overage and planning clawback arrangements that have been negotiated with house builders nationally—this helps us to ensure that our clients secure the best possible commercial return on site disposals.

  • Landlord and tenant

    We carry out a very significant amount of landlord and tenant work across our chosen sectors, and are a safe pair of hands on any new lease. We regularly act on leases of major office headquarters, retail leases and leases to and from health and social care providers. Our lawyers provide succinct, easy to follow reports for our clients on all leases that we negotiate, so that our clients are able to manage their properties accordingly.
