The course will be conducted online via Teams, involving virtual attendance for two full day sessions on 13 and 14 October 2026. The scheduled timings for each day will be 10am start and 4pm close. This first edition of the course will be offered at the promotional price of £750 per person.

  • Day 1 – Stepping into the expert role

Hear first-hand insights from an experienced expert witness to bring the role to life and help you navigate the opportunities and responsibilities ahead.

  • Day 2 – Communicating with confidence

    Discover how to structure clear, objective and compliant expert reports that genuinely support case progression. Build confidence in working alongside legal teams — from conferences with counsel to joint discussions with opposing experts — with practical guidance from a specialist barrister on how to add value at every stage.
