Lee is a Principal Associate in the employment and pensions team and specialises in advising on a range of contentious matters for healthcare and emergency services clients.
Lee advises on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including dealing with all types of employment tribunal claims through to hearing and advising on complex employment issues including TUPE, redundancies and reorganisations, executive terminations and discrimination.
Lee provides training to Managers, HR professionals and organisations on a range of employment law topics, including TUPE, employment status, data protection and discrimination.
