Capsticks has achieved a 1* Accreditation from Best Companies, the specialists whose recognition programme is the standard for workplace engagement.

The Best Companies accreditation is really important to Capsticks as it focuses on the trust and and value we place in our people, their wellbeing and their careers. The accreditation allows companies to benchmark engagement levels year after year.

Best Companies survey across 8 areas, including Leadership, Personal Growth, My Manager and Giving Something Back. It revealed some excellent statistics – for example, at Capsticks 92% of our people agreed they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the organisation.

Rachael Heenan, Senior Partner at Capsticks said ‘The overwhelming feedback we’ve had is that it’s the people who work here that make it such a special firm. We are delighted with our 1* accreditation from Best Companies in our first year”.

Martin Hamilton, Managing Partner at Capsticks said “This is just the start of the process. We remain determined to build on all the great and honest feedback we’ve had from our people and make Capsticks an even better place to work.”

Capsticks was awarded its accreditation for the Best Companies Index score from the Best Companies survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
As well as an overall 1* rating, Capsticks has also achieved regional listings of 41st of the 75 best companies to work for in Yorkshire & The Humber and 43rd of the 50 best companies to work for in London.

Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies said “I would like to congratulate Capsticks on your achievement. Best Companies have been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Organisations like Capsticks have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”
