Martin Hamilton
Partner
Martin is a partner in our central management team and as an accredited mediator, leads our mediation practice along with our Senior Partner, Rachael Heenan, and specialises in workplace conflict resolution.
Martin has been with Capsticks since 1997. From 2010 until 2018 he was Capsticks’ Head of Employment & Pensions, during which time our employment practice developed from its south-east base to the national practice it is today. He was also Capsticks’ Managing Partner from 2017 to 2026, during which time he was responsible for the delivery of the firm’s strategy in its chosen sectors of health and social care, housing, regulatory, emergency services and insurance, overseeing the firm’s year-on-year growth as a national practice and securing the firm’s current Best Companies’ accreditation as an outstanding place to work.
Martin is also Capsticks’ Chief Information Security Officer and leads our Social Value work.
