Join us on Tuesday 2 December for our virtual panel discussion where you will have the opportunity to hear directly from expert practitioners who are advising clients on public law and judicial review cases on a day to day basis.
Capsticks' Lucy Houston (Principal Associate) and Peter Edwards (Partner), will be joined by Landmark Chambers' Leon Glenister and Fiona Scolding KC, where they will:
- Provide their expert observations as to how they are seeing judicial review claims developing
- Give their insights into key risks and ‘hot spots’ for clients at present
- Share their tips and tricks when navigating judicial review claims
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
