Experience
Lucy is a senior associate in our advisory and inquest team. Lucy joined us from DWF Law LLP where she was regularly instructed by clients to represent their interests in Article 2 jury inquests arising out of deaths in custody.
Expertise
Lucy has a particular interest and expertise in coronial law. She has represented clients in a wide range of inquests including deaths from natural causes and unnatural deaths arising from more complex circumstances, including cases where the deceased had a significant history of mental illness or where there were suggestions of bullying or coercion.
Lucy also advises in relation to the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection matters.
