In its recent b-heard survey, employee engagement firm Best Companies found that Capsticks is now an “outstanding place to work”, awarding a rating of two stars out of a possible three, with many areas already rated at Best Companies’ highest “world class” level (three stars).

All areas of the survey received high marks from Capsticks’ teams, with “Leadership” and “Personal Growth” ranked as “world class”.

The team praised the “incredible support from managers and colleagues”, the firm’s “inclusiveness” and that “views are being listened to and heard”.

Rachael Heenan, Senior Partner at Capsticks, said: “Capsticks has always been a special place but to achieve this feedback, having been through a pandemic, is extraordinary. We are so grateful to everyone who works here – they are just all brilliant and look out for each other and our clients day after day.

Martin Hamilton, Managing Partner at Capsticks, said: “We cannot thank everyone at Capsticks enough. Our teams step up during times of uncertainty and everyone has made a key contribution to delivering these results. “People first” is a key Capsticks value and I’m proud that our results reflect that.
