Capsticks kicks off 2026 with a new Legal Director, Aneeqa Kisil, joining its growing Corporate & Commercial Team, to head up its Commercial Technology offering.

Aneeqa is an experienced commercial solicitor, specialising in technology contracts, and joins from DAC Beachcroft. Aneeqa has a strong understanding of the needs of Capsticks’ clients and provides strategic advice on high-value, complex and novel solutions for clients across the healthcare and local government sectors, as well as within financial services and real estate.

Aneeqa’s specialist expertise further expands the range of support our team is able to offer clients who are looking at innovative and new technological solutions, particularly in an ever-evolving time of AI and technical innovation.

Aneeqa will be based in the firm’s Leeds office, supporting our clients throughout the country.
