Senior Partner, Rachael Heenan, said:

It’s a moment to celebrate and recognise the hard work of our new associates and trainees who have achieved significant career milestones, as well as supporting our clients. They have all worked extremely hard to reach this stage, and I look forward to supporting them further with their Capsticks’ careers.

Congratulations to all.

Managing Partner, Martin Hamilton, said:

Congratulations to all our newly qualified associates and trainees. It has been great to see you achieve your goals. I’m also really proud to see our first cohort of legal apprentices reach this exciting stage of qualifying. We launched the legal apprenticeship scheme to promote alternative routes to qualification and provide meaningful career development for those entering the law. This is something that we will commit to further in the future, providing support to all routes to qualifying and increasing diversity in law firms.

If you are interested in taking part in Capsticks' training contract, you can do so by joining as a paralegal, where you will have the opportunity to work in a truly varied role with a number of responsibilities from the outset. Capsticks also runs a Graduate Vacation Scheme with the opportunity to spend two weeks on a placement, with consideration for a Training Contract.
