Capsticks has been selected as the single provider of Lot 2 on the Pioneer Housing Group legal tender for the next three years.

Capsticks has been reappointed successfully to the NHS Commercial Solutions main framework for legal services.

Capsticks has supported Ocean Housing in the sale of 469 shared ownership homes for just over £46 million to a Gresham House Limited Partnership via ReSI Homes, their wholly owned registered provider of social housing.
