Christian Lowden is the latest Partner to join Capsticks Claims team, further strengthening the firms’ support to healthcare organisations.

An experienced Partner, Christian primarily acts on behalf of NHS Resolution and their member Trusts and GPs. He provides specialist advice on a range of claims, with a particular focus on maximum severity birth and acquired brain injury claims.

Christian also has detailed knowledge of the evolution of artificial intelligence in the healthcare setting and the associated liabilities. With a key focus for healthcare organisations in 2026 being centred around digital healthcare, Christian’s specialist knowledge will further support healthcare organisations during a time of transformation.

Christian will be based in the firm’s Birmingham office, supporting clients throughout the UK.
