Experience
Christian is a Partner within the firm’s healthcare claims department based in our Birmingham office.
Expertise
Christian primarily acts on behalf of NHS Resolution and their member Trusts and GPs. He provides specialist advice on a broad range of claims and, notably, on maximum severity and complexity birth and acquired brain injury claims.
Christian has developed a strong subspecialism in advising on cross-jurisdictional claims across the globe, in addition to complex periodical payment matters.
Christian has detailed knowledge of the evolution of artificial intelligence in the healthcare setting and the associated liabilities.
Notable Projects
Christian has spearheaded a group of fetomedicine and sonography specialists in pressing for reform of the Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme.
