Capsticks opens new office in the South West and welcomes two new Partners as part of Local Government team expansion
14/07/25Following the significant growth of its Local Government work over the last two years, Capsticks welcomes a new Local Government focussed team to its Corporate and Commercial division. Based in Exeter, joining Capsticks are Partners Lucy Woods and Ruth Yates, as well as Senior Associate Katie Gwyther. Lucy and team are highly experienced in leading on complex public sector projects, contracts and procurement matters.
The team joining Capsticks will further develop the firm’s ability to support its Local Government clients, with a particular focus on clients and frameworks across the South.
As part of its focussed investment in the sector, Capsticks has also opened a brand-new office in Exeter for the South West and where Lucy and team will be based. Exeter is now Capsticks’ sixth office, giving the firm full national coverage as it develops its plans more widely for its work in the South West. The opening of its Exeter office also follows the completion of the full re-design of its existing five offices, all fully updated for hybrid and to be great spaces for everyone at Capsticks and our clients.
