Rebecca has worked in private practice dealing with a variety of civil litigation matters including nuisance and housing. Prior to joining Capsticks, Rebecca worked for a large national housing charity representing tenants in all types of housing management related work including possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour injunctions and housing disrepair. Rebecca was also a Legal Aid Supervisor and a duty solicitor on the Court desk scheme.
