Rebecca is an agile and efficient Associate specialising in housing management with a particular focus on combatting anti-social behaviour and leasehold management; also dealing on a daily basis with injunctions and committal proceedings. She is a skilled advocate, regularly conducting possession claims, including advising on Public Law defences and issues around capacity. Rebecca has also advised extensively on disrepair matters and FFHA claims. With a friendly and approachable manner, she is able to quickly discern the key points and provide effective and holistic advice, mitigating potential risks.
Rebecca brings a breadth of experience having previously advised on high value product and employer’s liability cases. She is practical and pragmatic, putting client needs first and centre to ensure their aims are met.
