Experience
As an associate in the claims team, Olivia is instructed by NHS Resolution to defend claims brought against NHS Trusts, as well as General Practitioners. She is often instructed on multi-defendant claims and deals with both pre-action and litigated matters managing a wide-ranging caseload across a number of specialities. Olivia is also instructed in respect of inquest claims and claims alleging breaches of the Human Rights Act/European Convention on Human Rights
