Partner, Head of Health and Justice
Naomi has over 15 years' experience of representing police forces, public authorities, private custodial service operators, private probation service providers, healthcare providers and care homes on Article 2 inquests and related civil claims, public inquiries and judicial reviews.
In addition to working within private practice for a number of years, she has worked in-house within both a large police force and a global insurance company and has therefore been able to develop a detailed understanding of clients' requirements and objectives.
Naomi specialises in Article 2 inquests, civil claims arising out of inquests, and public inquiries. She represents clients in both the public and private spheres.
Her work is typically high profile and complex and requires careful management of reputational risk. Naomi's cases often attract public scrutiny and involve complicated legal issues. She has experience of defending claims involving multiple claimants and Group Litigation Orders.
Naomi enjoys working closely with clients and draws upon these strong relationships to achieve the desired results.
