Katherine is an Associate in the Employment Department, which specialises in handling employment law matters for healthcare and public sector clients.
Katherine has experience in a number of contentious matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims and defending injunctive proceedings to enforce restrictive covenants. She also has experience in providing non-contentious support to clients, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements.
