Principal Associate

Charlotte is a Principal Associate with Capsticks specialising in housing management litigation for registered providers and local authorities.

Since qualifying as a solicitor she has acted almost solely for social landlords, and has built up extensive expertise in this specialism.

Charlotte deals with cases in all aspects of housing management, including anti social behaviour, possession claims and demotion claims.

She is experienced in obtaining anti social behaviour injunctions, frequently on a without notice basis.  Charlotte also acts on applications to commit Defendants to prison following breaches of anti social behaviour injunctions.

Charlotte has good knowledge of dealing with matters that include capacity issues.  She also deals with rent arrears, succession queries, accelerated possession claims, squatters and gas safety injunctions.

Charlotte regularly undertakes training sessions for clients.

Charlotte has conducted cases in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
