Angela is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in helping and supporting clients with the management and resolution of commercial disputes. Angela works on the firm’s large PFI project disputes and procurement challenges.
Expertise
Angela has 12 years’ experience working in civil litigation and has specialised in commercial dispute resolution and litigation since 2015. Angela has experience in settling disputes via Alternative Dispute Resolution and also taking matters through to Trial and subsequent enforcement.
Angela has experience dealing with contract disputes, misrepresentation, warranty and indemnity claims, breach of director duties, partnership disputes and termination, shareholder and director disputes, business protection cases, disputes regarding sale of goods and supply of services, professional negligence claims, tortious disputes, injunctive applications and declaratory relief, high value complex debt recovery including utility litigation, and property litigation.
Angela adopts a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes and is mindful of the economic and commercial realities her client’s face when engaging in litigation. Angela takes the time to understand her client’s needs, expectations and goals in order to provide sound and proper advice working with them to achieve desired results.
