Promoting attendance at work in 2021
Capsticks HR Advisory Service provides outsourced and consultancy based services to clients, dealing with ER and absence matters amongst others under the umbrella of a leading law firm in the public and health and social care sector.
Since lockdown in March 2020, managing absence has become something of a taboo subject with many employers unsure what they can and cannot do, let alone keep abreast of the latest guidance for NHS organisations.
Claire Shaw (Head of HRA) will be joined by Lana Walsh (HRA Service Manager) and Gemma Taylor (Professional Support Lawyer) to discuss:
- Where you can focus on promoting attendance
- How you can use this opportunity to bring about a change in attitude regarding absence
- What is and isn’t acceptable from a legislative perspective
The session is aimed at all levels of HR practitioners or managers with responsibility for managing absence within their organisation.
Attendees will be treated to an engaging and lively discussion from our speakers and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
