We are very sorry to have to announce the sad loss of John Witt at the weekend. John joined Capsticks 24 years ago last week to establish from its inception to what is now our highly reputable regulatory practice and was a leader in his field. Capsticks would not be the firm it is today without John.

Our thoughts are with John’s family and friends and his wider Capsticks family who will miss him greatly. John touched so many of our careers and lives with his kindness and was very much loved and respected by everyone he met including our clients and the wider profession. He was really one of the good guys.

John’s loss will be keenly felt - most immediately, of course, by his family but also by the many friends and colleagues at Capsticks who were privileged to work with John for so many years.
