Capsticks has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector framework. In a testament to the depth and breadth of the firm’s expertise, it has secured places across six lots – strengthening its ability to support organisations throughout the public sector with specialist legal advice.

The appointment, which commenced on 13 August 2026 and runs for a period of three years, enables public sector organisations and central government bodies to access Capsticks' expertise across a broad range of legal services through one of the UK's key public sector procurement frameworks.

Under the framework, the firm has been appointed to:

• Lot 1a – Full legal service provision for all public sector
• Lot 1b – Full legal service provision for local government and local communities (including housing and charities)
• Lot 1c – Full legal service provision for health and social care
• Lot 2 – Focused legal support
• Lot 3 – Litigation and disputes
• Lot 4 – Projects and complex advice including PPP
