James is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions team, based in our Birmingham office. James represents employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for healthcare and emergency services clients.
James has experience in managing Employment Tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, deduction of wages and breach of contract. James also advises on matters pre-claim and in supporting clients to manage aspects of employee/employer relations such as through disciplinary and grievance processes.
James has experience in the drafting of settlement agreements and COT3s as well as contracts of employment, policies and procedures. James has also advised on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
