Holly Bridden
Senior Associate
Holly joined Capsticks in 2022 as a Senior Associate in the London Advisory Team.
Holly provides support and advice in relation to all operational legal issues affecting health and social care providers and commissioners. Holly assists a wide range of public bodies, private providers and charities with Care Quality Commission issues (inspection, enforcement and new registrations), commissioning issues, Court of Protection matters, public law and information law matters. Holly also represents our NHS and healthcare clients at inquests and pre-inquest review hearings. Holly has experience in professional discipline and regulatory due diligence.
Holly develops and delivers training for our clients as needed, recent topics have included preparation for serious medical treatment matters and an introduction to Inquests as part of the Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management.
