Fran is a Principal Associate in our Housing Development team and specialises in acting on behalf of Registered Providers advising on matters of acquisition, development and commercial property.
Fran has over six years experience advising exclusively on property transactions for private and commercial investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities in respect of a wide spectrum of property transactions. Fran has exclusively advised Registered Providers for the last 3 years.

- Site Acquisitions (including pre and post planning)
- Conditional agreements including those specific to the housing sector such as 'golden brick' and 'turn-key'
- Development agreements
- Overage agreements
- Consideration of s106 agreements and variation requirements to enable onward sale

- Supported living lease arrangements (including those involving acquisition by a REIT)
