- What information is required before making an application
When an application is needed, the process of making an application can be difficult, with many requirements to consider. We will explore this process, including the need for capacity evidence, thorough witness statements and care plans.
The masterclass will conclude by considering some common misapprehensions about applications.
Joining us will be the esteemed Nageena Khalique KC, giving her own thoughts and tips on making applications and sharing stories from being at the bar in this specialist area.
