Healthcare - looking to the future: Managing your estate
Capsticks has been providing legal support to healthcare clients on how to adapt in many different ways during the COVID-19 pandemic, from collaboration between the NHS and private sectors to how to assure the safety of PPE and risk assessments for NHS staff.
As we move to a different phase of the pandemic, we want to share with you the lessons learned from that support—and help equip you for the next set of challenges—in our Healthcare: looking to the future webinar series.
Following each of the sessions, we will pull together a briefing note to cover the points raised, and our tips for dealing them, which will be available to all those who attend any of the sessions.
In this session our estate experts will discuss how to rationalise your NHS estate efficiently as the pandemic eases, including reductions in clinical and office space, changing the use of existing premises, acquiring cost-effective new premises, seeking rent “holidays” and considering the impact on FM service provision across estates, including in a PFI context.
