Mental Health Law update for registered providers
To continue marking this year's Mental Health Awareness Week, Capsticks are pleased to invite you to join us for an in person seminar on Tuesday 25 June in Manchester, where our expert speakers will provide an update on the Mental Health - The Law for registered providers.
Joining our chair Paul Lloyd, will be members of our Advisory Team including Partner, Adam Hartrick and Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr Matt Appleyard, where together they will explore:
- Issues of interest to registered providers in the field of mental health law
- The process and implications of detention under the Mental Health Act (including after detention has ended)
- Capacity issues and the interaction with the Mental Capacity Act
