Our principal associate, Steven Wood will be joined by property and social housing barristers Amy Kelly and Peter Savill from 12CP Barristers, and consultant forensic psychiatrist Dr Matt Appleyard, where they will discuss:
- Common mental health conditions and how they are diagnosed;
- How housing providers can best support residents with these conditions;
- The common defences raised by Defendants with mental health conditions; and
- What clients can do to best protect themselves from an Equality Act defence and counterclaim.
