The social housing frameworks run for 3 and 4 years respectively and can be used by all of the housing association and local authority framework members.

Capsticks’ housing team, one of the largest specialist housing teams operating across the UK, has seen significant growth. The team has 12 partners nationwide and a head count of over fifty housing specialists.

Capsticks has been working with HALA ‘s members for several years, providing Housing and Asset Management services. The team is delighted to have been re-appointed to this panel and in addition, gained a place on the Development panel of solicitors.

SEC’s brand new legal framework provides its 29 members with an opportunity to procure legal services across eight specialised panels for the first time. Capsticks is delighted to have been appointed to all eight of the panels to support both Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
