Capsticks has been appointed to the Notting Hill Genesis legal framework, further consolidating Capsticks’ position in the affordable housing sector.

Notting Hill Genesis is one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east, providing homes for around 170,000 people in some 65,500 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the home counties and East Anglia.

Capsticks has been appointed to the framework and will provide provision of legal services on the following Lots:

  • Lot 2: Employment and H&S
  • Lot 3: Residential Services
  • Lot 4: Corporate and Governance
  • Lot 6a: Residential Conveyancing.
