Capsticks’ housing team is delighted to be appointed to act for First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO). The appointment continues to strengthen the team’s position as a sector leader in the social housing market in the North of England.

FCHO is a housing association that owns and manages approximately 11,500 homes in Oldham and the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester. FCHO has appointed Capsticks’ team for their Housing Management work, on a four-year contract.
