Managing Partner, Head of Employment and Pensions

Victoria has been Managing Partner at Capsticks since May 2026, as well as Executive Sponsor for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Chair of the firm’s EDI Council.

In addition to her leadership role for the firm, she also heads up Capsticks’ national employment and pensions practice, leading a team of over 70 specialist employment and pensions lawyers in the delivery of advice and support on workforce issues to clients across all our key sectors.

In her own employment law practice, Victoria has particular expertise in high profile, sensitive cases involving medical professionals and senior executives, providing advice and support to clients seeking to resolve difficult internal procedures. She regularly acts on behalf of clients who are subject to external regulation and significant public scrutiny providing pragmatic solutions for her clients, balancing reputation management alongside management of legal and organisational risk. Victoria represents our clients in some of our most sensitive and complex employment litigation, including claims of discrimination and whistleblowing and High Court actions for injunctions.
