Tom joined the professional regulatory division at Capsticks as an Associate in January 2026. He previously held regulatory and disputes-focused roles within both national and international regulatory bodies in the sports industry and qualified as a solicitor in July 2024 via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination.
Since joining Capsticks, Tom has conducted fitness to practise investigations for the Health and Care Professions Council, being involved throughout the process from initial referral through to final substantive hearing.
