Simren is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions department. Prior to joining Capsticks, Simren worked at a commercial law firm where she would frequently advise senior executives on managing exits and negotiating settlement agreements. She has broad expertise covering both contentious and non-contentious employment issues across a range of sectors, advising both private and public sector clients.
Expertise
Simren specialises in advising healthcare and police clients on employment law matters. She has a breadth of expertise in contentious work for public sector clients, including handling claims for Unfair Dismissal, various types of Discrimination and Unlawful Deductions from Wages. She also advises on non-contentious issues, including disciplinaries and grievances.
