Sarah joined Capsticks in April 2026 as a Legal Director and leads up the Employment and Pensions team in Exeter. Prior to this, Sarah worked at another leading national law firm.
Expertise
Sarah has extensive experience advising in the health and care sector and regularly advises on:
- complex tribunal claims including high profile discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- maintaining high professional standards (MHPS) processes, with particular expertise in matters involving both MHPS and whistleblowing
- high value settlement negotiations
- NHS workforce terms and conditions including doctors terms and conditions
- trade union and industrial relations matters
- restructures within the workplace

Sarah is a trained Mental Health First Aider.
