Experience
Sara is a Legal Director in the Health and Social Care and Public Law Advisory Team. In practice since 2004 Sara has amassed a wealth of experience advising clients on regulatory matters and now specialises in advising public sector clients on a range of Health Care Advisory matters.
Expertise
Sara is a Higher Rights Advocate specialising in advising and representing our clients in complex Inquests undertaking her own advocacy, including Inquests engaging Article 2 and those where a jury sits.. Sara also has years of experience in dealing with complex criminal investigations and CQC enforcement action. Sara also acts for our client’s seeking advice in relation to serious medical treatment cases involving both adults lacking capacity and children and has represented NHS bodies in the Court of Protection and the High Court on such matters.
CSR activity
Sara is actively involved with the Ahead Partnership which delivers workshops, career advice, mentoring and work shadowing for students in Leeds.
