Sapna is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team in Birmingham and she mainly deals with non-contentious work. She is currently supporting NHS clients on all of these matters including procurement and contract issues. She has experience advising on contracts and procurement issues and drafting contracts. Recently, she has been advising on electronic patient records procurement documents and contracts.
