Samantha is an Associate within the Housing Management department. She has been with Capsticks since April 2021 and has built up experience in a wide range of areas of housing management matters.
Expertise
Samantha advises Social Housing landlords on all aspects of day-to-day housing management duties. She has experience in complex injunction proceedings often on an emergency, without notice, basis which can also include disability and mental health considerations. Samantha has experience in dealing with breaches of injunction and contempt of court proceedings.
Samantha also regularly prepares and advises on complex possession cases including advising on cases involving mental health issues, hoarding cases and cases where tenants lack litigation capacity.
