Experience
Rija is an Associate Solicitor in the London Housing Management Team. She has experience advising a number of large Local Authorities and Housing Associations on a diverse range of Housing Management matters, including disrepair litigation. As a result, she has a strong foundation is social housing work and has a good understanding of the difficulties faced by the sector. Having trained in private rented sector, Rija has also refined her client care skills.
Expertise
Rija has experience in dealing with disrepair litigation, Environmental Protection Act claims, possession and injunctions, for social housing clients as well as private sector landlords. She has provided training internally and externally on the changes affecting the Housing sector and also on the issues faced in the day-to-day conduct of housing management matters.
