Experience

Reeta is a commercial disputes lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on complex, high-value and strategically significant disputes.

She acts for businesses, financial institutions, shareholders and public and private sector organisations in relation to commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has particular experience managing large-scale disputes involving complex factual and technical issues, expert evidence, valuation disputes and multi-jurisdictional proceedings.

Expertise

Reeta is known for providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice in challenging and high-pressure situations. She regularly works closely with senior stakeholders, in-house legal teams, experts and counsel to develop dispute resolution strategies that align with clients’ wider commercial objectives.

Her experience includes acting in High Court proceedings, international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and SCC Rules, shareholder and corporate disputes, and matters involving significant regulatory and reputational considerations.
