Raj is a principal associate in the employment and pensions team and has advised many registered providers of social housing client on a broad range of employment law issues with specific sector knowledge.
Raj advises housing clients on contentious matters including providing support in relation to Employment Tribunal claims, with particular experience of advising on claims of unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and wages claims.
Raj also advises on a broad range of non-contentious matters such as advising on policies, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, employment contracts and advising on the transfer of services and businesses.
Raj also advises housing clients on a wide range of issues such as sickness absence management, termination of employment, complex grievance and disciplinary processes and restructures and change management process.
Raj provides training to housing clients on a wide range of relevant topics including regular legal updates for HR professionals.
