Experience
Poppy is a qualified solicitor within the Regulatory team. She trained with the firm and qualified in February 2026, after joining the Regulatory team as Paralegal in June 2021.
Poppy conducts fitness to practice (FTP) investigations, including preparing cases for FTP hearings for a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare regulators. She has worked for a range of clients including the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) and General Chiropractic Council (GCC).
Poppy has experience in conducting complex/ high profile cases including those involving serious sexual misconduct, clinical competency, criminal convictions, fraud and dishonesty.
Expertise
Poppy is particularly experienced in supporting vulnerable witnesses and registrants in sensitive and high profile cases. She also has extensive experience drafting complex witness statements and case reports, analysing evidence and instructing experts.
