Lazuna is an Associate in the employment and pensions department at Capsticks' Leeds office, advising on all aspects of employment law including discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, employment rights and policies as well as restrictive covenants/post-termination restrictions.
Expertise
Lazuna has successfully defended Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and TUPE.
Lazuna also has experience of advising clients on non-contentious employment matters including organisational change and redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievances, performance management and sickness absence.
