Kristi is an Associate in the Leeds claims team representing NHS Resolution in the defence of clinical negligence claims. Having spent over 10 years working at a leading claimant clinical negligence firm, Kristi joined the team in March 2023.
Expertise
Kristi has wide-ranging experience in dealing with complex and high value clinical negligence claims. This includes those involving injuries in the primary care setting, orthopaedic injuries and birth injury claims. She has run cases to the late stages of litigation and has also had experience with the appeal process.
