Experience
Klaudia is an Associate in our property litigation team, having joined the firm in 2022 as a paralegal in the non-contentious real estate team. Since April 2023, Klaudia has worked in the property litigation team, specialising in property-related disputes in the healthcare, local government and housing sectors. Klaudia also accepts instructions on GP partnership disputes.
Expertise
Klaudia’s particular areas of expertise include:
- Acting for both landlord and tenant in commercial lease renewal proceedings under the 1954 Act;
- Break and termination notices, dilapidations and end of tenancy advice
- Rent reviews, rent arrears and service charge disputes
- Forfeiture, possession and trespass cases
- Party Wall Act procedures and disputes, boundary disputes and adverse possession
- Advice on arrangements with telecoms providers, including notices under the Electronic Communications Code
- Planning judicial reviews and prosecutions
CSR activity
Klaudia is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility committee, coordinating the firm’s relationship with one of its partner charities, St Basil’s. Klaudia is also the head of the Birmingham office social committee and leads the office’s book club.
