Karen has a background in local authority work, she is agile and efficient at supporting efficient case management and has extensive knowledge and experience of housing management, including asset management, disrepair and Community safety matters.
For many years, Karen provided support and assistance at the front line to tenants under the Legal Aid funding regime. As such, she is ideally placed to advise social housing providers on best practice and is innovative in implementing providers’ requests. Pragmatic and astute, Karen managed an extensive team of fee earners for a number of years. She is a team player at heart and thrives in a busy environment.
